Sunday Gravy is a long standing Colicchio family ritual and can now be the centerpiece of your family's weekend dinner table. This Sunday tradition features Tom Colicchio's time-tested & slow-cooked gravy, all his essential meat accompaniments, plenty of handmade paccheri pasta plus CraftNYC's signature Arugula Salad to round out your meal. 

Each box serves 4-6 and will be fully prepared with just some simple cooking to do. To complete this menu, your already slow-cooked & perfectly seasoned gravy, meatballs and braciole will only need to be reheated. Your handmade pacchieri will need to be cooked till al dente in boiling, salted water and your arugula salad just assembled and mixed to serve. Chef Colicchio's adapted at home cooking instructions & equipment recommendations are included in every order. Director of Beverage Programs, Natalie Grindstaff's perfect wine pairing is also available as an add on to your pickup.

  • Handmade Paccheri Pasta (Round Tube-Shaped Pasta)
  • 4 (7oz) Veal Ricotta Meatballs
  • Braciole (Rolled, Tied with Butchers Twine, Seared & Braised in Tomato Gravy)
  • Plus - CraftNYC's Signature Arugula with Toasted Pine Nuts, Confit Lemon & Lemon Vinaigrette 
  • Box Allergens: Dairy, Pine Nuts, Gluten, Garlic
