Tom Colicchio plus an Italian classic will always make for a can't miss menu, and this week he is all about porchetta!
Known locally as Italian roast pork, porchettas originated around Rome and were traditionally stuffed with liver and wild fennel. Chef Colicchio's version will be stuffed with a housemade fennel sausage and finished with a punchy chimichurri sauce of parsley, chili, garlic, and lemon zest. He's pairing this porky favorite with two simply delicious sides: braised Tuscan kale & a herbaceous farro salad.
Tom Colicchio's Porchetta menu serves 4-6 and will arrive at your doorstep fully prepared with some simple, guided cooking to do. Our team will roast your porchetta, build your chimichurri and fully prepare all components for your kale and farro sides. With Tom Colicchio's adapted at home instructions you'll reheat your pork & kale and build your farro salad.
We think pork pairs perfectly with tequila, so for this meal we're mixing up our maps to bring you the Levata del Sole cocktail kit! Made with Blanco Tequila, Blood Orange, Anise & Lime, you just combine and pour over ice to enjoy. Please note alcohol cannot be shipped to AL, AR, UT, RI, DE, MS, or KY.
