Craft New York invites you to celebrate Women in Winemaking with a dinner hosted by Celia Welch of Stalworth Winery. 

One of Napa’s most acclaimed winemakers, Celia Welch arrived in the Valley in the late 1980's and has been a trailblazer for women in wine since. As our host, Celia will lead us through some of the female-made wines that have inspired her own journey, and will be unveiling two vintages of her new project, Stalworth Cabernet, with an opportunity to secure a sneak preview allocation. All alongside a seasonal, 4-course progressive menu from our Chef de Cuisine, Andrew Whitcomb.

1st Course

Citrus Cured Hamachi, Rhubarb, Green Strawberries
Pairing: J. Lassalle Brut 1er Cru 'Preference' NV 

2nd Course

Tortellini in Brodo, Fava Beans, Spring Peas, Spring Garlic
Pairing: Weinbach “Cuvee St. Catherine Schlossberg” Riesling 2019

3rd Course

Whole Roasted Bone-In Ribeye, Bone Marrow, Blood Orange
Pairing: Stalworth Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 & 2019 (poured side by side)

Dessert Course

Marshmallow Semifreddo, Pecan Brownie, Graham Crumble
Pairing: Café Exprestini, La Gritona Reposado, Espresso, Chocolate, Chili (cocktail)
