Geoffrey Koo is the Executive Pastry Chef for Craft New York. 

Prior to joining Craft in 2021, Geoff was the Executive Pastry Chef at Mailaino & Riverpark in New York City.  Geoff holds a degree in Economics from Colgate University and was formally trained at the Culinary Institute of America.
