Brooks Fraser has been in hospitality for over twenty years, seventeen in New York City. After bartending and teaching spirits classes for a large restaurant group, she landed at Gramercy Tavern, where she worked for Beverage Director extraordinaire, Juliette Pope. She spent four years behind their bar, as a cellar assistant & on the floor as a Sommelier. She left GT in 2016 to assist in the opening of Temple Court as the head Sommelier, before taking over as Wine Director. She joined the Craft New York team in 2018 as the Beverage Director.
