Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our team members, guests, and members of our community. To keep all of us safe, we have implemented new health and safety protocols to ensure that safety is our top priority.
KEY TO NYC PASS VACCINATION POLICY
In an effort to keep our team and community safe we continue to adhere to the most up to date guidance from our local officials & health experts. Beginning Tuesday, 12/14, we will require guests ages 5 -11 to show proof that they have received at least one dose of a vaccine. Beginning Monday, 12/27, we will require guests 12 & over to show proof that they are fully vaccinated. Vaccine must be authorized by the United States Food and Drug Administration or by the World Health Organization. As part of the Key to NYC Pass, our teams are required to be fully vaccinated as well.
Sufficient proof may be demonstrated by displaying:
- A photo or hard copy of your CDC vaccination card
- NYC COVID Safe App
- New York State Excelsior App
- Official vaccine record
- A photo or hard copy of an official vaccination record of a vaccine administered outside the United States for one of the following vaccines: AstraZeneca/SK Bioscience, Serum Institute of India/COVISHIELD and Vaxzevria, Sinopharm, or Sinovac
- A photo ID must accompany all forms of proof of vaccination to verify identity
- Minors under the age of 5 will not be required to show proof of vaccination
SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED VACCINE QUESTIONS
What exactly do I need to bring to validate my vaccination status? You will need to bring proof of vaccination and an ID. Your physical Covid-19 vaccine card, your government-provided digital record (eg: New York State Excelsior Pass or NYC COVID Safe app), a photo of your vaccination card and ID, or Official Vaccine Record are all acceptable forms of proof of vaccination.
Can unvaccinated children dine at Crafted Hospitality restaurants? Yes. Minors under the age of 5 will not be required to show proof of vaccination.
What if I am unvaccinated, what are my options? Unvaccinated guests may join us to dine outdoors, if available, or enjoy takeout. For the safety of our teams, unvaccinated guests must wear a face covering any time they enter the building.
Our staff is required to wear masks. Unvaccinated guests my dine outdoors but must wear a face covering any time they are not seated as well as whenever a staff member approaches the table. Masks are optional but encouraged for vaccinated guests.
Indoor filtration systems have been upgraded; our units provide maximum airflow/ventilation with fresh outside air and have been equipped with Merv13 air filters
We follow strict and thorough handwashing guidelines issued by the FDA and CDC. Team members change gloves regularly and at least every 30 minutes.
We disinfect all high-touchpoint surfaces at every hour with EPA-registered disinfectant. Hand sanitizer stations are available in all areas.

Team members are required to stay home if they do not feel well. To take care of them, we have expanded our benefits with emergency paid sick leave and family leave.
